NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT -
We are now requiring a $25 non-refundable deposit to book all new client appointments. This deposit will be applied towards your examination fee. We are allowing new clients to book one pet for the first visit until you are an established client.
NEW CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY -
New clients that do not cancel / reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of their appointment time will not be able to schedule with us in the future.
WEDNESDAY CANCELLATION POLICY -
Wednesdays are still our busiest day and tend to have a long wait to get in since we offer 1/2 price vaccinations. Any client who does not give us 24 hours notice that they need to cancel / reschedule their appointment will not be able to schedule on Wednesdays in the future. At this time we are only making Wednesday appointments for established clients.
COVID POLICY -
We are allowing two clients in our clinic at one time. All clients must continue to wear masks, even if you are fully vaccinated. We are still asking everyone to wait in the car and call us when you are at the clinic. Medication pick up and technician appointments will continue to be curbside service.
